INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY CLOSING!
We are excited to announce that we are now offering equity crowd funding investment opportunities to our International Supporters. This is an excellent chance to invest in a company that has a unique offering in a lucrative and difficult-to-enter industry.
Please take a moment to watch our Q&A video and invest in the future of marine data! Since we made this prior to our initial launch with Spaced Ventures, we have made significant strides in securing contracts with the Department of Defense and filling our customer pipeline, and we are excited about the future prospects of our company. We have had an overwhelming response from our supporters so far, and we are grateful for the generosity and belief in our vision. With your support, we can continue to innovate and develop cutting-edge technology that has the potential to revolutionize the way we collect and analyze marine data.

NSIN PROPEL
We are pleased to announce that HyperKelp was one of only twelve companies chosen for the 2023 NSIN Propel Hawaii Accelerator. We are currently working with the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) N6 and other U.S. Indo-Pacific Commands (INDOPACOM) to provide the military greater access to emerging defense technologies.
HyperKelp will help the DoD, U.S.Navy and its partners in the Pacific Region to develop commercial state-of-the-art technologies for modernization needs across four key technology focus areas: networks and connectivity, contested logistics, autonomous systems, and disaster response.
“This initiative allows the Department of the Navy, through the U.S. Pacific Fleet, the opportunity to leverage the skills and talent embedded across our industry partners and gives us the ability to find and actualize solutions to challenges we’re facing as we work to improve readiness and remain cutting edge in all our communications domains,” said CAPT Andre Wilson, Director Of Intelligence Innovation, PACFLT N2C.
NSIN (National Security Innovation Network) Propel Hawaii is a collaboration among NSIN, PACFLT N6, NavalX Hawaii Tech Bridge, Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC), the University of Hawaii Office of Innovation and Commercialization, and Decisive Point.

Pat Sullivan has joined HyperKelp’s board of advisors to bring its Kelp Smart Buoy (KSB) and Ocean Data as a Service (ODaaS) Dashboard products to market in the US Department of Defense.
CEO Graeme Rae: “We are absolutely thrilled to have Pat on board – his depth of expertise and knowledge coupled with his extensive connections across all branches of the DoD make him a great resource for HyperKelp”
Sullivan served for nearly three decades as a Navy civilian culminating in his assignment as the Executive Director of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), where he led a staff of over 11,000 employees delivering, operating, and maintaining advanced information technology, communications systems, and cyber solutions to US naval, joint, and national forces worldwide.
